My experience with Chris Matos at Danbury Hyundai was the complete opposite and proved that this process can be informative, fun and enjoyable at the same time. When my first choice of a car did not work out, Chris took it upon himself to find not one but multiple cars respecting the original price range I gave him. I was able to leave with the car the same day. In addition, Dave from finance was so kind and sweet. He explained things to me as a first time solo car buyer and was in no rush to see other people. He made me feel like my time to understand was very important. The dealership deserves five stars and Chris deserves over 10. After a prior bad experience with another dealer, we had a genuinely positive experience at Danbury Hyundai.
