f I could give this place a 0 star I would. This star is for the only pro of the dealership. Let me list the pro: Peter. My car salesman. Cons: Brand new cars with issues (power seat broken, fault for the only pro of the dealership. Let me list the pro: Peter. My car salesman. Cons: Brand new cars with issues (power seat broken, faulty engine/issues) Management is poor (brand new car with 87 miles on it and it overheated so I was on the side of the road on a hot day after my safety was jeopardized by their vehicle. No one in management acknowledged it for nearly 5 hours. ) Finance acts like it’s a chore to do their job (changed bank and APR on me and expected a driver to deliver my car and have me sign the yellow highlighted lines without going over the purchase agreement.) Dave is the worst finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Anthony is second. I still have not heard from the GM, Steve. Bad reviews cost more than the deal you would’ve made had your finance team done the right thing. More
