I quickly called and hesitantly bc I never bought a car on line before, put down a down payment. I was assured that it was fully refundable if the car did not live up to my expectations. Well it did and then some. The car was beautiful and everything I hoped for. The sales person was great and spent time with me showing me how everything worked and setting everything up. Arrived at Danbury Hyundai shortly before closing time on a Sat. with my son and Carlos did not rush us at all. Brought out the 2 I was interested in and we test drive both and decided on the 2017 Santa Fe S a Sat. with my son and Carlos did not rush us at all. Brought out the 2 I was interested in and we test drive both and decided on the 2017 Santa Fe Sport. Carlos was easy to work with, took care of my concerns and even gave my son a trinket from his desk. Went after work on a tuesday for pick up (again close to closing time) and finance manager couldn't be more pleasant. Gave me no problem when I decided to change from financing to just paying it outright at the last minute even though the financing paperwork had been completed. Would definitely recommend. And I love my car 😊 More
