We purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Tucson yesterday from John Blesse at Danbury Hyundai. He made the whole experience enjoyable. He was polite and professional as well as Witty. I feel I was taken advantahge of. First time I purchased used car through dealership. At closing, many ,many forms were presented for signature with little explanation. I felt overwhel First time I purchased used car through dealership. At closing, many ,many forms were presented for signature with little explanation. I felt overwhelmed, should have said stop or slow down, but i didn't. We were excited about the car. It all moved too fast for us. Closer examination after signing showed misrepresentation. John Blesse said 5 yr 100k miles added warranty was $1900.The final bill which I had already signed showed $2995. Response from Shamus was "you signed it". I know we were told $1900. John Blesse was present , said nothing. Shamus said " I'll add 2 oil changes and 20k miles". Hardly worth $1095. John Blesse said Hyundai would pay the $350 return lease fee my Honda. The $350 was on the bill and taxed. 3 phone calls and a few weeks later I was fully reimbursed. This was first time I financed. Shamus never returned my many calls asking where's the loan paperwork. one month later it came showing accumulated interest. Never told the interest starts at signing. More
