Great experience with Gui, our salesperson. He was very attentive, knew what I needed and wanted and was very prompt and attentive with follow up. He kept in touch with me regarding the pick up, how I like attentive, knew what I needed and wanted and was very prompt and attentive with follow up. He kept in touch with me regarding the pick up, how I liked the car, and the DMV registration and getting my plates. Manny in finance was also great. He worked with me and gave me great advice regarding my down payment vs. monthly payment. Would definitely work with him again. The manager that I dealt with was a little Rough and slightly insulting regarding the condition of my trade in and my credit score. He wasn’t the nicest person to deal with and I felt like if I didn’t get the car, he really didn’t care because he knew someone else would come along the next day. I would return to the dealership for another car if I could work with Gui again. He was great. The only reason I took a star off from the whole experience was that the initial wait time was extremely long but that was due to the amount of customers at the time, not the employees. More

I wanted a third row to fit all the grandkids. Jeff Sousou couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Danbury Kia has a very friendly and helpful service staff and comfortable waiting area.
