On the occasions in which I have had to use their service department I found the technicians to be straight forward and never felt like I was being taken advantage of - in fact they often sought ways to lessen the repair costs when possible. I couldn't recommend the dealership more. Most recently I was in dire straights with personal circumstances and in desperate need of a new vehicle. Nuno Miranda greeted me upon arriving at the dealership and set in motion a series of negotiations that got me into a new Kia that I never anticipated I would be able to afford. To say that Nuno went above and beyond for me is a great understatement. He was extremely professional, patient with regard to my circumstances, and instrumental in seeing the purchase through from start to finish. More
