Visited Danbury Kia on Saturday as a returning customer. I wanted to test drive the 2020 Telluride as part of my decision on upgrading out of my Sorento which was lease from Danbury Kia. After telling the s I wanted to test drive the 2020 Telluride as part of my decision on upgrading out of my Sorento which was lease from Danbury Kia. After telling the sales team member my requirements he flat out told me they don’t just let anyone drive the Tellurides because they want to and they will not give you any type of deal on them. I fact, he advised that base models are marked up $2-3,000 and the higher models are marked up $5-6,000 from where they normally would be priced because they are “in demand”. I didn’t know what to say, I had no words. No words for a dealership who didn’t want my business. Needless to say we left. More
