Danbury Kia and Rich Trocolla We met Rich a few weeks ago when we stopped in to check out the Kia Niro. He followed up with us and we went to take a look at it 2 weeks ago. Rich Trocolla was great, he took a lot of time to find a vehicle with the seating capacity we were looking for and in our price range - even offered to help us switch insurance companies to save some money. vehicle with the seating capacity we were looking for and in our price range - even offered to help us switch insurance companies to save some money. Our premium dropped $50/month for two vehicles that are being financed - when before we were financing one and owned the other! Rich was also very personable. His service was greatly appreciated 🙂 My only complaint about Danbury Kia would be that we left without any paperwork or copies pertaining to our purchase and vehicle loan. Rich tried finding the gentleman that help us in that department but he had rushed out because by the time we were finished it was closing time. Rich has been very accommodating, though, and has told me to come by when I can to pick it all up. More
