I was recommended to a specific salesman by family but he was off so I had the pleasure of working with Jake instead. He was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Upon helping me figure out that the salesman was off he was more than willing to assist me with my purchase. He listened to all of my needs and found a vehicle that suited me perfectly. Rich Trocolia was a very patient but diligent salesman since I really wasn't looking to buy at first, I was just window shopping and was going to look at other dealerships. I didn't have a particular car in mind so I was ready for anything within my budget. I sat down with Rich and we talked about Kia Optimas and we looked at the website, which I had already looked at when I was home. So then I told him how much I wanted to spend and how much I was going to put down and we found a car within my budget. He then asked if I wanted to take it on a test drive, mind you, I kept telling him I had other dealerships to go to but he never waivered so we took it on a test drive and I liked it. When we got back I told him wanted to buy and now I have it and I like it a lot. There are a couple of people I know who own Kia Optimas and really like them and haven't had any problems with them so I'm feeling pretty good about the Kia Optima I bought, which I owe to Rich. Thanks again Rich for your patience with me as I hadn't bought a car since 2006. More
