The sales manager was great - he took the time to price out different options that would allow us to come close to our monthly finance goal. In addition, their finance manager went above and beyond. Great Experience Rusty was very accommodating in letting me take the car that night so no one else would get it. Rusty came down to New Britain to give us the updated DMV registration so the plates from my old car could be transferred over. It took a little longer than expected and we were there until after closing and hadn't eaten lunch yet. Need to have a faster financing process and much less paperwork. More

He answered every question we had, had lots of patience, and was so pleasant. We finished the entire purchase in about 4 hours and when we drove home with our new car we fully appreciated how much he had taught us about our new car. We came back the next day and again, he really went beyond the call of duty to make sure we understood everything we needed to know about our new car.
