I have gone to other dealers that didn't care about what We wanted, they just wanted to sale us their old chalapee's. Sure enough We found a car within our budget range. 2 Excellent employees made the experience I went to the Kia Service Dept to have recall work done. The experience was a very good one. Billy was very helpful in directing me where to go and I went to the Kia Service Dept to have recall work done. The experience was a very good one. Billy was very helpful in directing me where to go and park when there was no parking. He quickly took my vehicle. At the end of the service, he greeted me and quickly helped me to my car. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. Upon checking in the Service representative had another customer. Tiffany quickly greeted me in the meantime. After checking in, I went to the waiting room. Tiffany immediately came to the waiting room and asked if I would prefer not to wait for the 2 1/2 hours. She offered a loaner car. Tiffany was quickly set everything up and I was on my way. Having been in the service industry myself, I recognize employees that go the extra for customers. Both Tiffany and Billy showed this quality. Thank you for making a the experience into such a pleasant one. More

Initially greeted very quickly and with courtesy however Do not trust this dealership. First they say they cant come off the sticker price at all. Good experience today Customer service and friendliness are always very good at Kia. They are generally timely with my services. In the past I had many issues trying to acc Customer service and friendliness are always very good at Kia. They are generally timely with my services. In the past I had many issues trying to access people by phone when I call but more recently, it's been much better. The cost of services sometimes feels high. Last time I was there they recommended a transmission fluid flush and I was able to get it elsewhere for over $100 less. The lounge is comfortable, but the coffee is terrible! :-) More
