Recent service for engine light reading took 2 days for repair. Svc dept is awful- what happened? Used to be spot on and respectful of its customers. Now you never talk to live people. they have an answering machine that they rarely answer. I relayed I would go elsewhere so I got their attention and a discount. Not only won’t I use their service dept again but I won’t buy the Sorrento I was looking at buying. Sad.
