After she felt confident of how to help us she suggested looking at a few cars in your inventory. We test drove KIA's Sportrac and Sorento. We had already looked at the Suburu, Honda and Hyundai dealerships in our quest of finding the car right for us. KIA Sorento fit the bill. However, it was Nicole's attentiveness, understanding and approach that sold us. She is to be applauded. She worked with us from the beginning; to the end of our experience including setting us up with finance who also presented us with what we needed. Neither were hard sell but listened to and satisfied our needs. When we pointed out damage to the vehicle we bought she immediately brought her manager, Joe Hernandez to review and make arrangements for repair. Nicole brought me to the service department, introduced me to BeeJay Ashley for an appointment. BeeJay was just as friendly, courteous, competent and professional to us. Overall, the entire staff of Danbury KIA deserve a huge pat on their backs. They did not just sell a car but started what I believe is lifetime customers. Thank you, Albert and Andrea Rippel More
After buying a car from the dealership, I went to the service center to get minor fixes to the vehicle done. Everything has been done well and in a timely fashion. Dibble had my car in and out in about 1 service center to get minor fixes to the vehicle done. Everything has been done well and in a timely fashion. Dibble had my car in and out in about 10 minutes! Brent was very helpful and easy to talk to. I scheduled an oil change with them so he could make sure the vehicle's issues were taken care of. Everything was fine and he exemplified supreme customer service and friendliness in his dealings with me, even as he was short staffed. I would definitely take my car to Brent in the future as he is committed to getting things done right with customer service and appreciation in mind. More
By far the worst experience buying a vehicle! Stay away!!! My husband and I bought a used Jeep and have owned it for 5 months. It had been in the shop 4 times and towed there 3 times! It runs for a away!!! My husband and I bought a used Jeep and have owned it for 5 months. It had been in the shop 4 times and towed there 3 times! It runs for a few days and then will not start! We were told by the Jeep service tech that it stalled several times during test drives but that nothing is wrong with it! They are unwilling to help despite giving them what we had in savings so we could get it financed. We pay a monthly payment for a car that barely runs. We were told by our salesman Roland that we bought it as is, and that means sometimes it drives, sometimes it doesn't. Absolutely 100% scam. Save your money and bring your business to a dealership who will stand by their used vehicles and won't just try to get you into an awful vehicle just to get their hands on your money! I've formally lodged a complaint with Chrysler Corp, just terrible! More

To give her credit, I've reposted my review of her sales process below: This was the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced (out of 5 purchases so far in my life). I particularly like that most of the communications (negotiation, price breakdown, insurance and financing) were done by phone and email, so I could do as much research as I wanted in the comfort of my home, and didn't feel like I was held hostage at the dealership for hours (like I felt with 2 other car purchases). I think I spent 2hrs max, with 1hr being vehicle demo and test drive, another 30mins on vehicle delivery and the final 30mins on loan signing. Nicole was my salesperson (same dealership but she's primarily Kia) and she was extremely helpful and easy-going. There was no pressure to buy: Nicole gave us a leisurely (20-30mins) test drive on varied roads, asked what we thought, negotiated and prepared everything via phone and email, and was more than willing to verify vehicle options with me. Props to her for also being one of the few people I've met who daily-drives a stick shift! More

I'm not even sure where to begin. I have never been treated so badly regarding any customer service at any kind of business. Just writing about this makes me so angry. I bought my used car from there treated so badly regarding any customer service at any kind of business. Just writing about this makes me so angry. I bought my used car from there, and besides the fact that that experience wasn't nearly what it should have been, I wanted the car so I made the deal work. We made a deal that there were a few things that needed to be fixed that I would come back for once the parts were in. Well, after weeks of trying to get a hold of them, and I mean multiple phone calls and emails, I tell them the day I can come in, they call me back to confirm and they confirm a different day! So I have to completely rearrange my schedule to make it down there, I live over an hour away from them. I was only going back there for service because of the deal we made to fix some aesthetic things when I bought the car. They told me it would take an entire day to give me two new rims that were scratched up really bad, fix a piece of plastic, a tiny rip in the leather, and put a new air filter in. I get there, I give them the keys, and I sit down ready to wait for hours. A couple of hours go by and I go to check on the progress. My car had a donut on it. I asked why and they said the "rim guy" came and took my tire. First of all, he took only one, there were two that needed to be replaced. Again, replaced, not fixed. They said they ordered two rims and they were in. They never ordered them. They also told me the rim guy would give it back in a few days. What?! I told them to get my tire back here, that was unacceptable. They couldn't get a hold of him and didn't know where his shop was. Are you serious? They also being to argue with me that it was only one rim to be fixed. So not only do they lie telling me they ordered two new rims and they had arrived, now they're retracting on their agreement. The plastic piece was also not ordered. They did fix the slit in the leather and replaced the air filter. I made them do an oil change for free at that point because when I bought the car, it apparently wasn't done recently. I walked in to speak with the manager, where I stood outside the room because I heard my name, and I continued to stand there and listen to them say some pretty nasty things. I walked in after I heard enough and let them know exactly what I had to say. They began to apologize, offered to pay for gas (but then didn't) and said they'd order the plastic piece and send it to my home. I grabbed my keys, telling them this was the worst experience I've ever had. In fact, I get home later that night and notice that there's a dent in one of my license plates (I'm an EMT and have a EMT license on my car). I have never received the plastic part from them. I wish to never speak to them again and hope only that others read this and don't do business there. More

Once we were able to settle on a vehicle, Jeff found the model we were looking for and Joe made sure it was in Danbury the next day. I was in the market for a used or certified-pre-owned vehicle. Going back and forth between other brand dealerships I ran into Joshua Graham at the DANBURY KIA show lot. Immediately after I told him what I was looking for he set trust by assuring me he would do the best to get me the car I can afford and that I would love. He did not set any ridiculous expectations or tried to sell me anything I could not afford. I appreciated his consumer understanding. The test drive was very relaxed with a customer-first mentality - no preset "best road" to wow the car. Even before we talked costs Joshua made sure I understood everything the car does or does not include, as well as what my options are. Also, he was very thorough at explaining the warranty included with the new KIA. Very professional. Jeff and Tim were very professional, friendly, and 100% customer driven when I picked up my car. No question was left unanswered and focused on what I needed to know before I left the lot. Will definitely be back and recommend Danbury KIA. More

"trust" may not be a word equated with dealerships - but, "trust" me on this personal aspect of my experience with Danbury Kia- "like most, if not all Americans of late, my credit score is equivalent to the number of a weekly minimum wage paycheck in as much as the "number"-in my case divorce... and I am living proof that there are people out there, namely this dealership for me at this moment - who are people too and treated me, their customer, as a person. grateful is the word of the day. although I have a brother and son, who I did consult with privately via telephone, I felt comfortable enough to handle on my own... and both my brother and son are impressed with my outcome with Danbury Kia- happy for me, a sister, a mommy- to be in a certified car. I will be bringing my daughter in the coming weeks to the dealership to hopefully find a certified car.
