Initially greeted very quickly and with courtesy however Do not trust this dealership. First they say they cant come off the sticker price at all. In the past I had many issues trying to access people by phone when I call but more recently, it's been much better. The cost of services sometimes feels high. Last time I was there they recommended a transmission fluid flush and I was able to get it elsewhere for over $100 less. The lounge is comfortable, but the coffee is terrible! :-) More
