Purchased a Tesla Model Y. Communication and negotiation were amazing. However when I arrived cars detail just was terrible overspray armor oil everywhere. Just not what I would expect from a 60 plus thousand dollar purchase. To add on to it the rear view mirror was broken in the car and non serviceable for the 609 miles I had to drive it back home. Derek my sales man was a good guy and excellent communicator. However my experience overall was not the best. More
