It turned out to be one of the luckiest coincidences imaginable, as their internet sales department offered me a price on the truck that beat all of my local dealers by about $2,000-$3,000. Well worth the cost of a plane ticket to southern VA and a 500-mile drive back home to NY. The dealership even arranged for a car and driver to pick me up at the airport an hour away - fantastic customer service! Just as importantly, Jennifer Strader and her team were professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the whole process, a huge contrast with the high-pressure (and borderline deceptive) sales tactics I was getting from my local dealerships.
