This is the best dealership in Greensboro I wouldn't change anything about it. The staff is great. The person i would love to give Thanks to is Greg Moore he done an amazing job today getting me in my 2026 Rav4. He is very knowledgeable about the specs and features. He told me what he thought might happen and he made it happen. I am very grateful for Greg today he took the worry right out of me. I'm satisfied with how he explained in details step by step. I was thinking about settling for something I really didn't want and Greg gave me the quotes on the two vehicles I was considering after the explanation I walked out with what I wanted definitely satisfied with the payment amount. Greg you the best Thanks for making my day. OH I forgot to say my visit today was for service but ended up with a new car. Very happy customer

Eli, Savannah, and Cam were great to work with. After shopping other dealerships I drive an hour and a half from my home, because of their courtesy and professionalism. I worked at the Toyota dealership in Sanford for 29 years and they refused to give me any discount. Eli was very aggressive with the price and got me the vehicle I desired. I have recommend others to go to Coxs Toyota.

Terrible people who don't want your business unless you're willing to bend over for them! Prices are ridiculously high and they are arrogant/obnoxious! Act like we s/b grateful for the privilege of buying one of their grossly overpriced cars! Shop around as it saved us thousands $$$ on new Toyota!
