You lost the opportunity to properly address this when your service department failed to keep me updated for two weeks now after saying they would look into it. If your general manager would like to ask the interim service manager what's holding him up, or contact me personally, feel free. At this point I will be changing my vacation plans to not include my truck, and upon return I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you want to continuously jerk me off on an issue where Ford is at fault, I will find help at Central Maine Ford, or one of the many other Ford dealers who actually practice respectable business. No one should use Darlings unless they want continuous headaches.
