The service guys are nice. We usually deal with Caleb, everyone's been good so far. I've been a Ford guy all my life and we were going to write off Ford for good after Covid and dealing with D&H in Gardiner. Haven't dealt much with salespeople yet but when we get ready for our next vehicles we will consider Key Ford of Rockland at 2 Moody Dr. in Thomaston, ME 04861. They have taken good care of us so far and have given us different options for maintenance and try to save you money "IF" they can. I would recommend them if you're in the area.

The sales department at Casco Bay Ford makes the experience fun and pressure free. They all get along and banter with not just themselves but their customers as well. We laughed so much that we forgot we were buying a $40,000 car. Rob even bought us coffees and our kids apple juice at the gas station when he filled up the gas tank! Rob was so good with us having our young children there and making sure he worked efficiently so the kids didn’t burn out spending unnecessary amounts of time there.

He knew much about the car but also helped us understand the issues in getting a charger setup in our home garage.
