However, at Tucker Ford I found myself very pleased with the interactions I had. Starting with Angela who directed my numerous calls and Sarah who helped me determine availability and prepared for my visit with a sales person. That brings me to Tommy Grinnan, my sales specialist. Tommy was a hoot! Knowledgeable and professional and a joy to deal with. His easy going style took all the usual preparation for the numbers battle away. He, and Tucker Ford, went above and beyond my expectations to make the final purchase very special and memorable. These three standout associates negated the 70 mile distance I had to travel to make the purchase with their personalities and professionalism. When consumers have so many options, I highly recommend Tucker Ford as an option. I was not disappointed! More

Diagnosis and repair of heater Diagnosed heater problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. All employees with whom I had contact were welcoming and service oriented. Shaun Randa Diagnosed heater problem and repaired it in a timely fashion. All employees with whom I had contact were welcoming and service oriented. Shaun Randall took time to explain the two potential causes of heater failure and gave me an accurate quote for repair. The only problem was that the parts delivery truck did not arrive on time so repair was delayed by over 2 hours.
