New Vehicle Purchase Arranged an appiontment with Sarah who then had Michael show us the Ford Escapes we indicated we had interest in. Unbelievable Used car deal! Not only did they give me a great price on a used Lincoln MKZ that was $3000 below True Cars average price , but before it left the garage they instal Not only did they give me a great price on a used Lincoln MKZ that was $3000 below True Cars average price , but before it left the garage they installed 4 brand new tires! Then as we were getting ready to leave they put a brand new 32" TV in the trunk "Just to show their appreciation". When we got home we noticed there was no owners manual in the car. A quick phone call and they ordered a new one from Lincoln , free of charge. Almost forgot... during completion of the paperwork when we ordered an extended warranty service plan they gave us a free upgrade from the Base Care package to the Extra care package! Definitely recommend this dealer! More
