When work is needed in addition to the regular services, he explains what needs to be done, why, and always provides an accurate estimate. If cash is tight, he will honestly tell me what can wait until the next visit, or what must be done immediately. I appreciate and respect that. We just purchased our newest Volvo in February. We had been considering one or two other vehicle types, but what we came back to was that we liked the comfort and substantial nature of the Volvo, and also the Darling's service department, specifically Tim. More
