Honda Odyssey 2015 recall for Campaign 16-004 Your staff was very professional especially Service Advisor; Steve York who helped me when I brought my new 2015 Honda Odyssey in for the subject reca Your staff was very professional especially Service Advisor; Steve York who helped me when I brought my new 2015 Honda Odyssey in for the subject recall on 3/22/16. He handled all the details to ensure that all of the Honda Campaign 16-004 requirements where accomplished in accordance with the campaign documents. Neither of us realized at the time that the Honda Campaign itself had problems. Campaign 16-004 involves OG Incorrect Towing weights (GVWR, GAWR F, & GAWR R) listed on the drivers door jam placard, in the owners Handbook CD, and the 2015 Honda Owners Guide. Both the CD and the Honda Owners Guide were sealed in plastic and were placed in the vehicle and the originals were removed as Campaign 16-004 specified. When I got home a removed the plastic wrap from both the CD and the Honda Owners Guide and checked both against the corrected label on the drivers door jam. I noted that the new CD had the correct information, however the Honda Owners Guide was still in error as it still called out the GAWR R as U.S. 3,197 lbs. (1,450kg) vice the correct information 3,340 LBS (1,515 kg). On returning to the dealership I shared my findings with Service Advisor; Steve York and the service technician. Mr. York concurred with the findings and stated that he would bring this matter to the attention of management so that it could in turn be forward to the Manufacture. It is reasonable to assume that there was a technical oversight when the Owners Guide was reviewed which subsequently led to the incorrect information not being corrected prior to going to the printing company. My opinion is that your staff did their part correctly, and I was pleased with their service and help however the manufacture dropped the ball. At a minimum the Owners Guide will have to be correct and redistributed accordingly. Customer: D. Hatch More

They went above and beyond to get me into the car that felt comfortable to me. I was so excited to be able to get into a brand new car, after driving an old car for so long, and thought that all the bells and whistles, leathers seats and all was just what I wanted. After driving the car for a day or 2, I knew that the construction of the leather seats was not going to be comfortable for me to drive with my bad back. I called within a couple of days, and they were able to get me into a new CRV with seats that fit me better and felt more comfortable for me to drive long distances. I was so impressed with their courtesy, kindness, sense of humor, patience and professionalism. They spent a lot of time making sure I was in the right car for me. I have told many people what an outstanding experience this was, great folks, and would recommend Darlings Honda to everyone. I have been very impressed with my Honda CRV this winter, I love it!
