Trade in was $3500.00 higher at darlings, Then as a repeat customer I received quick no xx service and made one xxxx of a deal. I don't know how he did it but he made it work. Loyal to Darlings! I needed to trade my older model SUV for something newer, more reliable and better on gas. Being a single mom, times are tough and money is tight. I I needed to trade my older model SUV for something newer, more reliable and better on gas. Being a single mom, times are tough and money is tight. I was worried that I wouldn't get what I needed for a trade. I went into the dealership at 10:00 am on a Saturday and left by 1:30 in my new car! Kyle was very friendly, outgoing and made me and my son feel very comfortable. The entire process was easy and quick and after test driving some vehicles, I went home in something I love. I would recommend this dealership (and Kyle V) to anyone who wants to purchase a great vehicle in a quick, timely manner. Great Experience! We contacted Kyle before we arrived at the dealership to let him know what we were looking for, he did some research before we arrived, and had a car We contacted Kyle before we arrived at the dealership to let him know what we were looking for, he did some research before we arrived, and had a car that met our needs waiting for us to test drive. Kyle gave us the important details about the car (mileage, price, information about Nissan certification and benefits) and then we went on a test drive. We of course loved the car! We went back to the dealership where Kyle showed us the price sheet with our trade-in etc that Bob had put together. They not only gave us a good price on the vehicle we were buying, but also a good trade-in value. We filled out some paperwork with Kyle and told him what we wanted for a monthly payment. He and Amy then went to work on finding us the best rate and terms possible. I had told Kyle that we had dinner plans with friends. Amy worked quickly to get all the needed paperwork in order and signed. While we did paperwork Kyle worked to make sure the our new (to us) vehicle was ready for us to drive home. Everything went so smoothly and quickly, we were in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours which I think is pretty fast considering that was everything from the test drive to cleaning out our old vehicle and driving away with the new one. We arrived at our dinner destination with five minutes to spare. Thank you so much Kyle, Amy, and Bob for helping us purchase our beautiful Nissan Certified Altima!!! More

Great Experience!!! I was pulling out of EMCC and saw a Honda CR-V that caught my eye, I'd been thinking about getting a SUV but never thought of going to a dealership. E I was pulling out of EMCC and saw a Honda CR-V that caught my eye, I'd been thinking about getting a SUV but never thought of going to a dealership. Every time I walked towards the door an employee would go out of their way to open the door for me. I don't think I touched the door handle once. I got there at 130pm and had the keys to my new CR-V by 4:15pm that day. I was in a rush and needed to be to class an hour away by 5 the darlings team did everything in a quick and timely manner to make it so I could take my new SUV to that class. Kyle was very entertaining and never stopped smiling! I would recommend this group of people to anyone, such a great experience after the horror stories I've heard of buying a car. Thank you darlings!!! More
