We just bought a 2021 RAV4 which is my first Toyota vehicle ever. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Crocker. I really loved his laid back and relaxed personality which was perfect for my endless questions and lack of experience with buying a new vehicle. He was very patient and friendly and never made me feel bad for any difficulties I may have had in the process. While on vacation from Indiana my F250 had the engine light come on due to random misfires. The next morning I took it to Darling’s Ford. Initially Shaun wasn’t sure that they could even look at it until a day or two. I called all of the rental car agencies in the area but none of them had any cars available. Shaun pulled a mechanic and had him run a diagnostic which confirmed misfires on two cylinders. Shaun went ahead and had the work performed while I hung out. I realize that service is usually scheduled weeks in advance so it was greatly appreciated that you were able to take care of me with same day service which kept our vacation on track. Have a recall on my 2020 Camaro. I called to make a appointment to have it done. Was told only do it at 7:30 or 1:00 which does not work with my schedule. At this point I asked to speak to the service manager and was on hold for 15 min and finally hung up.I thought the whole idea behind service was to work with your customer not here. This is the second time could not even get first oil change done because couldn't get a appointment time that works for my schedule. Also guess they don't care about the safety of their customers and family.

The sales team was excellent! Jacob was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Jason, the manager, explained every part of the financing process and was able to secure a reasonable price for us. They weren't pushy, and answered every question we had. We explained what we were looking for and several options were explored, with the final choice being one that best met our needs and budget. This will be the 3rd vehicle we have bought at Lee and we'll be back again in the future when its time to replace our older minivan.

We called K & R to say we were interested in a car and Teddy answered and invited us to see it. They were really busy when we got there but we were greeted immediately by several friendly staff and while Teddy was on a test-drive, he had the car ready and already started, so we could look it over. As soon as he became available, he ran to us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. From that point on, he did everything he could to answer our questions and m ake us feel comfortable. My test drive with him was a great time, as he is friendly and fun! Best car purchase ever and I'm 61 (don't know how many cars I've owned, but it's a lot). I highly recommend Teddy and will go back to K & R again If I ever need another vehicle. Oh, I love the car! It was a fair price and though we went to 2 other auto sales, I'm glad we shopped at K & R in Auburn, ME.

Even after our purchase was complete and his workday was probably done, he sat in the backseat of the used electric Volvo we had purchased and explained all of its key features so we could try them ourselves before we left the dealership. The car we purchased was a problem child from the moment we drove it off the lot. They said they fixed things they didn’t, dodged our phone calls, and refused to work with us when we asked to swap/trade it for another vehicle. The vehicle itself was a complete lemon, was in the shop literally every 2-3 weeks and cost us way more than it was worth, but they refused to help us figure out how to get out from under it. The shop and sales office is a total dump and incredibly sketchy. we will never ever go back and are telling everybody we know to avoid it.
