We made several visits to the dealership. Everyone was very nice, and we didn't feel pressured. We bought 2 vehicles through them. I purchased a used vehicle a few weeks ago and as soon as I drove off the lot the engine crapped out. They said they would take a look at the problem and give us our money back if needed.
