I was nervous about getting my first car. Worried that I wasn't going to be taken seriously. I had been talking to Adam and explaining my situation. When I applied for my loan the bank required a co-signer, wasn't going to be taken seriously. I had been talking to Adam and explaining my situation. When I applied for my loan the bank required a co-signer, but offered me a loan for quite a bit less if I didn't have one. When I explained to Adam my situation he told me to not worry. He was reluctant in the search for the perfect car for me with my budget. I finally received an text from him telling me he found the car and already talked with the bank so the would approve it. All I had to due was walk in there and sign the papers. I showed up today and saw the 2003 Honda Accord EX sitting in the lot reserved for when I got there. I was more impressed in person when I saw the car. I walked in and sorta caught him in the middle of lunch but he said not to worry and attended to me to get things rolling. He took me over to Amy who was super nice and working with me explaining the different plans they offered for the car. While waiting for the paperwork to come back from the bank I took it for a test drive and was very impressed. I inserted a CD I had just made for that very occasion and the sound system in it was great. The fact that I was driving the car that was soon to be mine was to surreal for me. We get back to the dealership and finish the paperwork. When I walked out the door, with the keys to my new car in hand, it felt like I was leaving home. It's not everyday that a dealership takes a 20 year old, from across the country, with mediocre credit, and get him in his perfect car. I express enough the gratitude that I have for this dealership and especially Adam for all his hard work in getting me in my brand new ride. Thank you and I will be back when it's time for my new car. More

My visit at the dealership was very efficient. After a brief discussion of what I was looking for Judson took me directly to "My Car". When we returned to the dealership I filled out some paperwork in order for their credit dept. to pull information on me. Judson kept us entertained with conversation while we waited and in no time it was our turn to discuss finance options. The credit dept. was very helpful and nice. I was very happy with the assistance that I got from Paris Calor. I had few specifics for my needs - four door sedan, automatic and good gas mileage. He selected a few cars that I hadn't even considered, and were suitable for what I was looking for. I settled on a Honda Civic, and was happy with my overall experience. While I was waiting for the financing to be completed, I asked for a bag to clean out my trade in. Roger Oliver offered me a small garbage bag (which ripped open when I got home, spilling all my change, maps, comb, . . . .). Although it fit the purpose, I thought that a recycled tote, like the kind available at most grocery and large retail stores that retail for 99 cents would be great to offer your customers for that purpose. I would love to shop at Hannaford and re-use a bag that said "I shopped at Darlings". I am environmentally concious, and besides the great gas mileage I hope to get with my new civic, I recycle, conserve energy, and make an effort to reduce my carbon footprint. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about my experience and recommend Darlings. More
