I came in with a flat tire on a cold rainy Monday morning without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and tol without an appointment. The place was packed with customers. I was met promptly by Josh Galyean who heard my issue and assessed the situation and told me that he would have someone to help me as soon as possible and to sit inside the vehicle to stay warm. Shortly thereafter Wesley Lemonds came up and proceeded to take care of the situation. He was very professional and told me that he could have the tire looked at to see if it was repairable. I went inside and worked on a report for about 10 minutes and he appeared to tell me that the tire could be fixed and should be ready in about an hour and gave me the estimate for the repair. He had the car back to me in less than the hour and out the door and off to work. Wesley sure helped to fix the tire and make a very bad Monday morning much better.
