We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. In the past couple of weeks, we decided to start looking for a new vehicle to replace our Odyssey, which is 10 years old with 168k miles. We emailed 3 dealerships around us, and this dealership was the highest. We went to look at the Pilot since it was closest and we had, as a family, as previously stated, purchased at least 6 vehicles from this dealer. The MSRP was given on the sticker, and the additional sticker showed some add-ons which was about 3,000.00 higher. However, the MSRP on his proposal quote was almost 3,000.00 higher still! When I asked what the discrepancy was, he tried to explain that there were numerous "add-ons" as well as a "Honda Appearance Package" added for $2998.00! He explained to me numerous times he was giving us a "very aggressive deal". Not sure whom he was thinking he was dealing with, but I was not born yesterday and hope people reading this will learn to check your proposals and quotes THOROUGHLY! This is why car dealers and salesman get such a bad reputation - not sure where I'll buy my next car, but it sure won't be from Honda of Murfreesboro.

I buy a new car about every 5 years, and after five purchases, I can honestly say this was the most efficient and pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I’m a researcher/data analysist by trade and knew exactly what I wanted (2026 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD). I called ahead and Peyton Franklin had the car ready and waiting for me the second I pulled up. Peyton’s positive attitude and 'can-do' spirit made the initial deal move very efficiently. Once I was happy with the deal, Fred Derrick stepped in to help with the final paperwork. Fred’s easygoing, patient presence was exactly what was needed on a hectic Saturday morning—he’s a total pro. Dreu Fowler in Finance was also fantastic; he explained everything clearly without any of the usual 'fluff' and got me through the office in record time. What really blew me away though, was the leadership. Tony Gonzalez (GM) and Jonathan Camarena (Sales Manager) didn’t just pop their heads in once; they both checked on me multiple times at different stages to make sure I was being taken care of. Seeing that level of involvement from the 'big wigs' on a busy Saturday really speaks to the culture they've built here. If you’re like me and value your time but want a fair, transparent deal, go see this team. I was in and out in 2.5 hours on a busy Saturday and couldn't be happier with my new CR-V. I’ll be a Music City Honda customer for life!
