The follow-up email explained the condition of the vehicle in plain language and helped me understand priorities without pressure. I also added a full detail service and the results exceeded expectations. I do not want to oversell the outcome, but I think my wife and kids love me more now! I did not see any Cheerios, hair ties, or half-eaten Halloween candy from '24. To say the least it had a measurable impact on the household harmony.
