He prepared detailed quotes and sent them over quickly, and impressively, offered a price below invoice on the vehicle — a rare and welcome gesture that reflected genuine transparency and fairness. What stood out most was the complete absence of high-pressure sales tactics. There was no push to add on unnecessary options or upgrades, just honest, straightforward service. My wife and I test drove the vehicle, worked through the trade-in, and completed the entire purchase in about three hours — a remarkably efficient process for buying a new car. Before we left, Boomer took the time to walk us through all the Outback's key features, making sure we felt confident driving off the lot.
