Haven't needed a car in years, but I have to say the experience was good - it's never fun to think about spending that kind of money - but Jarred our Sales rep was great. Salesman was very thorough in explaining vehicle features and wanted to know what was important to us. He answered all of our questions and even suggested not buying a vehicle because my wife was not comfor and wanted to know what was important to us.
