Service department is horrible. Been 3 weeks since my appt for a broken window/door control on drivers door. Brian was my and my mom's salesman, and he was awesome. He worked with us on keeping the SUVs that we bought close to our price ranges. Will never spend another dollar at this dealership again! Service advisor said her dad and grandfather were owners of car repair shops and she’d been working on cars since the age of 12. She didn’t even know which way to turn the nut to loosen lol. GM torque specs weren’t followed by the mechanic, female service advisor had zero customer service skills. Fellow in charge of the service dept (Michael) never offered an apology for GM specs not being followed on my vehicle which caused me an inconvenience. I will tell everyone my experience at this dealership and hope this dealership causes no one else an inconvenience, loss of time, or worse. More
