After sale was finalized I would be lucky to get a response within the same day. No update on delivery or shipping, just had to sit quiet with my fingers crossed. Bought the vehicle no sight, so my fault there but would've expected the salesperson to point out obvious flaws like cracks in the paint, chips in the windshield, cracks in tv screen frame etc, but I look at that as more my fault for not seeing in person. I thought the price was great until I saw the vehicle in person. Well, it's my problem now not theirs. Lesson learned, all dealerships are still the same. Carvana here I come. More

I went in wanting to look at 2 specific vehicles. By the time I had given my license for the test drive Ted had both vehicles front and center ready for my comparison. Both Brandon and Ted gave us space to look at the cars but stayed close by in case we had any questions. Once I decided which car I preferred we discussed price. There was not a single ‘add on’ - the price they wrote down was the out the door price. It was nice to be given a piece of paper that had the vehicle price, tags, tax and total. Of course I was offered an extended warranty and Ziebart but there was no pressure in purchasing either. I have never had an easier time buying a used car. I would recommend this dealership whether you are buying used or new. Absolutely everyone was pleasant to deal with. Initially I was looking at two different manufacturers, Ted was knowledgeable with both of them. And what he couldn’t answer he took the time to find out while I was on the test drive. By the time I made my decision I was confident that I was buying from a very reliable used car lot and was treated like I was buying a new car. More

When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help. More

My husband and I went in to lease a 2024 Buick Envision. Erica our sales lady was very nice and so was the finance guy Dave. Dave was supposed to get back with us on a few questions about grounding our current lease the next day. Never heard back even after leaving several voicemails over several days. Called Erica also because we experienced an issue at the same time with the new Buick. She never returned our call either. So my husband went in to the dealership after no success with the voicemails. Still nothing. This dealership only wants your money! You sign then you become a no body to them. We were skeptical even going there after bad experiences with their used car side. Lesson learned More
