Doc Morgan was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and answered all our questions, explained the workings of the new GMC Yukon. We took the car back and he took care of a few issues himself and ordered a couple of small parts that were defective. He also had our car washed for us - he was just absolutely a pleasure to deal with. We took the car back 5 or 6 days later to have those ordered parts installed and everyone in the service department was very helpful and installed the parts quickly and everything now looks great!
