However, I have to admit, I spent most of my time there feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome--more of a bother than anything else. We never test drove the car, when we went to pick up the car, Todd had us sign papers, didn't explain much, handed us our keys, shook our hand and pushed us out the door. I spent more time in the finance office than anywhere else. My first visit was rough--kind of like meeting my boyfriend's judgmental parents. I went back for the car, not the customer service. More

A better car buying experience Long story short I set out to buy a new 2019 Silverado 2500 from Jeff Wyler Chevy since I bought one from them in 2012. I drove an hr to get there and got the runaround for a few hrs from their sales team before calling it a day. I was promised a deal by a sales manager who said he would email me several available trucks but that never happend. I gave them the benefit the next day and still nothing even after calling them twice. Honestly it couldnt have worked out better because I ended up searching for another dealer and found Dave Gill Chevy. I emailed them after hrs and received a call first thing the next morning. They scheduled me a V.I.P. appointment. My Dad and I made the trip there and were able to strike a deal within an hr or so of being on their lot. Im impressed to say the least. Truley a no b.s. car dealer. This is where i will reccomend all of my family and friends go. Thank you Dave Gill Chevy for a true V.I.P. experience More
