Started off good, ended poorly Things started off a little awkward when I came in I told my salesmen that I want to test drive a car and see if they could give me a great deal. He l Things started off a little awkward when I came in I told my salesmen that I want to test drive a car and see if they could give me a great deal. He left and came back with a deal and said are you ready to sign....I have not even looked at the vehicle yet. The prices he gave me was above asking cost even without taxes and fees. I told him no and he did offer to drive so we did. That went fine and then he took me to another room where the boss was and he actually cut me a great deal and we was good to go just had to bring in trade in. Skip ahead a few days and I brought it in to get a quote. I then was quoted 2k below kbb book that they said they got the offer from. Refused to move at all. Because I was this far in I took the deal. I have signed papers saying I am due GM Points I have not received. Will not come back and have told family and friends not to come there. More

Amazing Experience!!! I came across this place through a great mechanic I've dealt with, Jim Shriver, who works here. Over the years he's always been straight forward and has never tried to oversell us on a service we didn't need. We met with our sales guy John. I cannot rave enough about our visit/success. John was extremely nice and thorough. He walked us through the entire process and told us what was going on step by step. He laid out all of the options that we're available to us but never pressured us to a decision. It was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had....ever! My husband already has his eye on his next vehicle and we will definitely be returning here to purchase it. More

I have always went to a Pontiac dealer for service, Even after Dave Gill changed I have a 2009 Pontiac G8, the last year Pontiac made cars in the US. I have always went to a Pontiac dealer for service, Even after Dave Gill changed from a Pontiac dealer to a Chevrolet dealer, I kept coming to Dave Gill. There is only one gentleman that works on my G8, his name is Larry. Larry know what he is doing. Chad Kistler, my Service Consultant, works with me on solving the problems on my car. Chad is friending, courteous, helpful & I always understand the work that was done & had to be done. I trust Chad, what he said, he has never steered me wrong on keeping my G8 running, with GM parts. As long as these gentleman is at Dave Gill, I'll keep bring my car in for service. Dave Gill offers shuttle service as well. More

We contacted the dealership and the response was immediate to set up a time to come in and look at it. We were going away for the weekend and when we got back went in to meet with our contact, Robert Gray. He helped us through the process and we ended up staying late so they told us just to take the car home and come back tomorrow to finish up. We did and drove our beautiful 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude 75th Anniversary home and were very happy with the professional, friendly and no pressure sales process.
