Purchasing my truck My salesman name was Bryan Gallagher. I originally came in to get a estimate on my 9 year old vehicle that I purchased from Dave Gill back in August o My salesman name was Bryan Gallagher. I originally came in to get a estimate on my 9 year old vehicle that I purchased from Dave Gill back in August of 2008. Soon as I pulled in the lot, into a parking space, Bryan saw me and immediately approached me as I got out of my car. He was ready to assist me and ask, how can I help you today! I thought to myself, green check mark #1, good job! I told him my problems right outside the dealership. After I explained my stress of my current vehicle. Hr said, let's go in and see what we can do for you. I walked in not knowing what to expect. He was helpful, personable, he listened, was patient, explained everything in detail, the process went smooth, and I was very satisfied just like I had been when I bought my Grand Prix. Bryan did everything he could do to help me. I cried due to the overwhelming feeling of not having to deal with how I was gonna fix my car issue. I would recommend Dave Gill to anyone! And everyone knows that word-of-mouth is the best marketing tool there is. More

Wonderful Experience My experience at Dave Gill was amazing. First I would like to say that my dad is a car mechanic so I've never had to take my vehicles to a car dealers My experience at Dave Gill was amazing. First I would like to say that my dad is a car mechanic so I've never had to take my vehicles to a car dealership, and am actually quite hesitant to do so because I'm afraid of getting scammed into paying more than I need to. I recently bought a certified used Chevy Cruze from a dealer in Iowa, my previous home, because I was moving to Columbus; a few weeks after I purchased the Cruz, I had issues with the car and took it to a dealer in Iowa who dismissed my concerns saying the issues "were a fluke". When the problems continued after my move to Columbus, I took the car to Dave Gill; everyone was friendly, especially Penny Smith, and they listened to my concerns, took the time to research the problem, and fixed my car quickly. They even fixed a part for my Onstar service without me having to ask. I cannot convey how happy I am with the service at Dave Gill. I'll definitely be going back for any oil change, regular maintenance, or future issues I may have. I wish I had bought my car from them because this dealer runs a truly honest business, something that is hard to say in the car industry now. More

Monday I was called by Dave Gill service and received a 12:00PM appointment for Wednesday....today. When I arrived I found that there was no possibility they would be able to honor their commitment. Wasting a customer's time is NEVER appreciated. More
Sales experience was great and very friendly . Service not so. I was told when i bought the vehicle in 2013 that service on Saturday was first come first serve. This Saturday I was first in line . Service not so. I was told when i bought the vehicle in 2013 that service on Saturday was first come first serve. This Saturday I was first in line as usual there was only one other vehicle behind me. I was told by service rep that it would be several hours before they could get to me because i didn't have an appointment, and that he had worked there 2 years and that they had always taken appointments, if I had known that I would have made them in the past. In the past the line on Saturday was always long that's why I would get there early. This time only two people in line. Instead of it will be several hours before we can get to you. How about value customer we will get to you asap, but we now go by appointments on Saturday. More

Not so friendly. I had a tire go out on me. I was told they didnt have time for it, but if I dropped it off it would be a couple hours then I would get a call to come pick it up and have it mounted. 4 hours later and driving on the tiny spare, they still didnt call. I had to call myself which in turn I was told it was ready. When I arrived they told me they didnt have time to mount it. The exact opposite of what was previously said. When I attemted to explain my dissasisfaction to the service rep, an older gentleman, he was very short with me and proceeded to motion his hands gesturing to hurry up or something of that nature. This only lasted a matter of seconds, but was extemely rude. I drove to the front of the showroom and changed my tire right there outside in the cold and in plain view. When I was finished, I walked inside as a sales rep met me outside and wanted to give me a managers number. As I left, I said good night to one of the employees behind a main desk and was responded with, "Yup". The correct and polite response would have been, "Likewise" or something similar. Yet again, more rudeness. I spoke with the owners daughter and was offered a sincere apology. I didnt tell her about the second guy. I only have 9,000 miles on my vehicle as of 01/2014 and am due for a free scheduled maintance, not to mention several thousand miles of factory warranty, but they will not see me there again. The situation has made me very uncomfortable to go back there. Sorry, Nate Ortiz. More
I went in to get a key cut and 2 remotes programmed for my Pontiac. The service was extremely friendly and professional, I was impressed at the time with the dealership. 2 days later I got 2 messages on my Pontiac. Was told that there was nothing they could do that day, or the next, and I would have to wait the weekend to even get it looked at. When I said that I was out of town on a work trip, was pretty much told there were no options for me. This is not how a dealer should treat customers. More
