Thank you very much for your constructive feedback. We completely understand your concerns and you are not alone in having them. In response to feedback from you and other valued customers, we have done a lot of work in recent months to address this issue. In August, we added a fourth Service Consultant to our staff and adjusted our processes so that one Consultant is responsible for all “quick maintenance” operations such as oil changes and tire rotations. He oversees the staff that performs those services so that we can provide a more focused, consistent and quality experience for our customers. Furthermore, in recent weeks, we have done more work to adjust processes and we currently DO accept appointments for oil changes, tire rotations, and other quick maintenance services. To be clear, if a customer sets an appointment for an oil change and arrives on time for that appointment, his or her vehicle will be given priority and serviced next in line, ahead of all of the walk-ins that might have arrived prior to the customer/vehicle with the appointment. We are very sorry that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. We understand and respect your frustrations.
