Buying my 2023 HRV at St. Louis Honda was a great experience. With the price of cars right now, I was worried that I would be overcharged for a new vehicle, but I felt like I Louis Honda was a great experience. I was looking for a car for my 81 year old mom and Jacob McRoberts was the exact salesperson I needed! I told him exactly what I was looking for to meet her needs and he delivered! Once I brought my mom in McRoberts was the exact salesperson I needed! I told him exactly what I was looking for to meet her needs and he delivered! Once I brought my mom in to look at the car and give it a test drive, his patience and kindness toward her were exceptional...he even offered to change a tire on his own time should she need one! Jacob couldn't be there the day my mom was ready to buy the car so he made sure his colleague, Brian Andersen would be available. Brian was equally as wonderful and patient with my mom!
