Kurt Marty responded quickly to our email requests and had the available car ready to look at upon arrival. Kurt was straight forward, to the point and in no time at all we agreed on a fair and reasonable price. I challenged Kurt to have the vehicle ready the next day at 11:30am and get us off the lot by noon. Kurt and the Mungenast Team rose to the occasion. We actually showed up late at 11:40am and were off the lot by 11:55am. Now that's service. The vehicle is immaculate and if I din't know any better would claim it to be brand new. They replaced cam plugs, oil pump, crank seal and oil pan gaskets etc. And EVERTHING else also checked. I requested and received a a new and fully loaded Honda Fit as a loaner car (going to be my next car). Also received all discounts available. Plus had headlight restoration done for free as prior restoration completed under warranty (which still had a few months remaining). They treated me like I was a relative of the owner. Chris Taylor, Service Adivisor, is more like my personal concierge as he is always asking me " is there anything else you need or that we can do for you," and discusses with me all repairs, warranties etc on my car. And he consults with the service technicians as they work on my car to keep me updated. I have also contacted him many times just to discuss potential car problems and cost. Chris is the best! Also much thanks to Certified Technician C. Lamb for a great major repair job. I have been going to St. Louis Honda for years. They honor warranties, only do the necessary repair work, and give all discounts available. I trust them and am always impressed with the service I get. More

In addition, my husband does not like dealing with with salesmen of any kind and doesn't like buying "new" because of almost immediate depreciation. Because of those things, and being really tired of talking about buying a CR-V, I went without my husband to purchase my 2017 CR-V. I was referred to Rob by a good friend. It was a great experience all the way around! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was prepared to fight any pushy sales pitch. Quite the opposite. Rob listened to what I wanted, actually had the exact vehicle (less a couple options that could be added) and the sales price came in under what I priced online. He explained to me why he would purchase some type of extended warranty and got everything started. Came back later that night to pick-up the vehicle, my husband in tow. Everything went smoothly. Rob Carroll, the salesman who sold me my car, was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable about the CRV I was interested in; and also maintained a low-key, kind, and respectful demeanor throughout. He was great at explaining and demonstrating the new car features, and helped me select my personal settings for the blue tooth, etc. In short, he turned my car purchase into a very pleasant experience in every way possible. I now have a new car I love, and I can thank Rob Carroll for that. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda!
