Horrible experience I brought the car in shortly after buying it because I had it at a tire place who said the tires were wearing wrong because it needed an alignment. T I brought the car in shortly after buying it because I had it at a tire place who said the tires were wearing wrong because it needed an alignment. They didn't do the alignment at this time only changed 2 tires. A few months later I now have bald tires that have an irregular wear pattern because it has been out of alignment all this time. They were willing to fix the alignment finally but not the tires that are bald. Had they fixed it right the first time it wouldn't be like it is! More

As it happened I had a service appointment the following Saturday and discussed the Touring in more detail with Garland Dismuke. I called back within a week and was able to take delivery of my new care on 3/30/18. This is my fourth car purchase from Mungenast St. Louis Honda and I have been pleased with all.
