They were both so courteous, friendly, and professional as at times I certainly didn't feel like dealing with any of it! Timing wasn't perfect, but this team made things work for us, and at the end of the day that's what you remember! Unfortunately they got to see my terrible, uncomfortable, and at times my goofy confused side, but they worked everything out with us patiently!
