The only thing that kept me from giving Mungenast five stars is that they gave us much less than we were hoping for our trade-in. They were willing to haggle a little, but still gave us less than what we expected based on our research. We went ahead and took the deal because we didn't want to walk away from the exact car we wanted at the best price we could find, and they were still able to get our payments where we were comfortable.
