I went to the center to see if someone could help me enter my new iPhone into my car.. Gina came to my car (very cold day) and sat with me, teaching me how to do the process, enter speed dialing names, enter my new iPhone into my car.. I told her I was clueless about many things with the new phone and I noticed she had an iPhone also. I asked her how to use some of the features on the phone. She took about a good 20-30 minutes with me downloading the phone and all involved with it, plus helping me with the iPhone. Thanks for your friendliness and patience! I eventually met with Rebecca at the dealership not knowing what to expect since buying a car has always seemed like such a stressful hassle with pressured sales tactics and numbers being thrown at you from all angles. But when I began talking with Rebecca, I became relaxed by her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor and warm smile. She listened to me and knew the right questions to ask. After a bad experience with a new '13 Nissan Altima (no problems, just H-A-T-E-D the transmission), I emailed several St Louis Honda dealerships with what I wanted in trade difference. I live 1.5 hour (no problems, just H-A-T-E-D the transmission), I emailed several St Louis Honda dealerships with what I wanted in trade difference. I live 1.5 hours away and our local dealer's "deal" was $2500 higher than what I was shooting for. One dealer said they couldn't do it, one said they 'probably could get there' but Joe Basler talked to his manager and got back with me and said they would do the deal as long as the car had no dents, dings, cracked windshield, etc. I trusted them at their word and wasn't disappointed! The experience was painless and pretty quick. Jason Boehme even got me lower financing than Honda's 1.9%, so I'm a happy 2014 CR-V owner (well, my wife is - I'm in our '08 CR-V now). More
