Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life! I have had my car for a week, and I still can't believe that it's mine. Everything about it is perfect, and the experience that I had at St. Louis Ho I have had my car for a week, and I still can't believe that it's mine. Everything about it is perfect, and the experience that I had at St. Louis Honda was unbelievably positive. I have a disability, and I use a wheelchair to get around. Because of this, my car-buying options are limited. I need to store the wheelchair behind me, Because of this, I have always driven coupes, due to the the ease of access into the back seat. Unfortunately many car makers have eliminated coupes from their lineups, and I was really frustrated about my options...until I saw the 2011 Honda Accord Coupe at St. Louis Honda. I found it online, and I sent an e-mail to Kurt Marty, inquiring about its availability. Fortunately, it was still available, so I set up an appointment to come take a look at It the next day. I live in Hazelwood, so it was kind of a drive to the dealership in South County, but I knew that I was interested in the car. It had very low miles (16,000), and it had the options that I was looking for. When I got to the dealership, I had to take a test "ride". I drive with my left leg, because my right leg is paralyzed. Because of this, I always have to have an aftermarket piece put on the car so I can use it. So I had Kurt drive the car. I instantly made a connection with Kurt. He was easy to talk to. I am a high school teacher, and I found out that his wife was also a teacher. So we had a lot to talk about. By the time that we got back to the dealership, I knew that I wanted the car. We discussed a price that I was happy with, and I started signing the paperwork for the "buying" phase of the transaction. Then, I went into financing. Unfortunately I went into financing at about 5:45, and the dealership was set to close in 15 minutes. So I went home without a deal in place. Fortunately Kurt called me while I was driving home to tell me that financing had been secured for the car. What happened next was the unbelievable part. I have ALWAYS had to have a parent or friend drive a car off of the lot for me, because I can't drive it without the piece put on. Then I would have to rely on rides for the next couple of days while the piece is being installed. It's a logistical nightmare. Kurt suggested that he might be able to have the piece installed, before I even pick up the car, and then I could drive it off of the lot like everyone else does. I have never had a dealership offer that level of customer service before, and I was shocked at his suggestion. He acted like it wasn't an inconvenience at all, and he just repeated "Everyone deserves to be able to drive their car off of the lot." So that is precisely what happened. I prepaid for the left foot accelerator with the 3rd party company, and Kurt took my car there to get it installed. He then drove it back, after it was finished. So when I went to pick it up on Wednesday, it was in perfect working order for me. I still had to sign all of my financing paperwork, but I felt that Brandon Cozzens was just as friendly as Kurt. He was also easy to talk to, and he made the process of signing loan paperwork...a little bit enjoyable. After that was done, I drove off in my car, and I have had a stupid grin on my face ever since. I could easily have written 500 more words about the treatment that I received from Kurt and Brandon...it was that exemplary. I have shared the story of my car purchase with all of my 300 friends on Facebook, and I have told lots of other people about the personal service that St. Louis Honda gave me. I hope that I am able to send a lot of business their way, because they deserve it. They definitely have a customer for life! More

The previous two buying experiences were very nice, but this one was exceptional. Joe Basler and I worked through the numbers online, which made for a wonderful buying experience from the comfort of my recliner. When it came time to physically purchase the car, Gina Bommarito did an admirable job of showing us the car we were buying and getting the paperwork started while Joe was out on a test drive with other customers. When Joe returned, he jumped right in and cruised through the process. Matt Phillips was the financial expert, and he expedited the process for us. From start to finish this was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have gone through. More

Honda Civic for Daughter Jerry helped me find a really great used car for my daughter. I didn't have a lot of money to spend on the vehicle but wanted something fairly newer Jerry helped me find a really great used car for my daughter. I didn't have a lot of money to spend on the vehicle but wanted something fairly newer with low miles. Jerry showed me a few Hondas that were in my price range and I found one that I was sure she would like. The moment I met Jerry I knew I would buy a car through him. He made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me at all. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, the car was spotlessly clean and he took great pains to explain how to operate the lights, wipers, heat/air, etc. to my daughter. She really appreciated it because it is the first Honda she has ever had and the instrument panel is a little different than other vehicles she's driven. She loves driving this car. She says it has great pick up and is much classier than her old vehicle. We are both very pleased with our purchase and cannot thank Jerry enough for helping us. We will definitely refer this dealership and him to friends and family who are interested in buying a car in the future. More
