Our experience with Gina Bommarito in the purchase of my Mothers new 2012 Honda CRV EXL was unreal. She was incredible to work with. After a brief conversation with the receptionist on the nature of my call to Mungenat St. Louis Honda the call was transferred to Gina Bommarito. Explained that I needed pricing on the 2012 CRV EXL and with this pricing I wanted specific additional options included in a out the door price. Gina went to work and returned my call in a short period of time. I drove back to MO., a couple of days later and we meet with Gina. Walked in the dealership and within a short period of time, the deal was made. Gina reassured me that she would do all she could to help my Mother after the sale. The CRV was detailed. Let me tell you, that it was spotless. Gina started explaining with such patience everything needed in the day to day operation of the CRV. I was totally impressed with her knowledge. Had a slight issue with the bluetooth but after a trip to Moms cellular carrier for a update and a call to Gina, all is good. We would recommend Mungenast St. Louis Honda but more importantly, Gina Bommarito exceeded all expectations and made us a believer. She did exactly what she said she would do and more. I other day my husband and I received in the mail a letter and photo of my Mother sitting in her new CRV EXL. The smile on her face was priceless. It did our hearts good. How refreshing to work with an honest and GENUINELY friendly dealer. Tried a couple of other dealers and contacted many more, but none compared to the caliber of customer service we found here. Clayton was incredibly prompt and courteous and forthright. He gave us the best deal and--more importantly--treated us right. Other dealers played games and gave us the run around, playing "nice" but just stringing us along. In contrast, Clayton and Mungenast St. Louis Honda were truly interested in taking care of us customers and finding exactly what we were looking for. More

Gia Bommarito was EXCELLENT. She knew Honda cars and helped me purchase the CRV. She let me, my twin brother Don, and my girl friend Maria, look over the CRV in the showroom, then we all went for a te helped me purchase the CRV. We picked up the CRV in the SAME DAY and Gia was most helpful in explaining all the new gadgets. Since I had not looked at cars for about 10 years, her help was very important, so I could operate the car safely, esp. since it was dark when we finally left the dealership. Her help setting up the settings on the car and explaining basic operations was most appreciated. I am almost 65 years old, and not used to all the new items on cars. Just getting the key in and out correctly can be a problem, but with Gia's help everything fell in place and I felt comfortable driving home. Gia also helped with all the paperwork needed to lease the car. She told us about paying monthly or paying the ENTIRE amount in one payment. This was done in a very professional helpful manner. She allowed us time to get my older Toyota to the dealership and helped with the transfer of that car. She offered us water, which we enjoyed, Everything worked well.
