This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this location, so I obviously enjoyed my experience enough the first time to return when I decided to buy another Honda. I was torn between the 4 and 6 cylinder Accord and thankfully Craig encouraged me to give the V6 a try, which, after having driven it, I had no doubt that this was the car I wanted. Staff was friendly and talkative and made me feel at ease without being too pushy. The price was also lower than I expected to pay, which was an extra added bonus. I came with a specific car in mind and left with exactly what I wanted within the price range I was looking for, so I couldn't be more pleased. More

My husband and I decided to go to Mungenast to check out Honda Odysseys because of their BBB rating and the recommendation of a family member who had previously dealt with the dealership. We met with Rebecca Wille who was very knowledgeable, very personable, and responsive to our needs/requests. (We recently bought another car from a salesman at another dealership who was lacking in knowledge, which made her expertise even more obvious). When we requested a visit with the financial person before making the deal on the van, Rebecca quickly made that happen for us. (That person, Ivo Saric, was another fine member of the Mungenast team...very helpful, pleasant, and not pushy.). Rebecca followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, and has made herself available for any questions that arise. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. We recently visited Mungenast St Louis Honda to just look at the newer Hondas. We were greeted immediately by Mike Hillis who was extremely professional.
