After a brief conversation with the receptionist on the nature of my call to Mungenat St. Louis Honda the call was transferred to Gina Bommarito. Explained that I needed pricing on the 2012 CRV EXL and with this pricing I wanted specific additional options included in a out the door price. Gina went to work and returned my call in a short period of time. I drove back to MO., a couple of days later and we meet with Gina. Walked in the dealership and within a short period of time, the deal was made. Gina reassured me that she would do all she could to help my Mother after the sale. The CRV was detailed. Let me tell you, that it was spotless. Gina started explaining with such patience everything needed in the day to day operation of the CRV. I was totally impressed with her knowledge. Had a slight issue with the bluetooth but after a trip to Moms cellular carrier for a update and a call to Gina, all is good. We would recommend Mungenast St. Louis Honda but more importantly, Gina Bommarito exceeded all expectations and made us a believer. She did exactly what she said she would do and more. I other day my husband and I received in the mail a letter and photo of my Mother sitting in her new CRV EXL. The smile on her face was priceless. It did our hearts good.
