Joe was very forthright from the very beginning. He quickly replied to my email (on a Sunday evening) with an honest answer. He never put any pressure on us to buy within the next few days. I threw out what I thought to be a fair price, and he and his finance manager were able to meet that price. Other deals said they could meet the price, but I needed to purchase the car within 2 days. Joe and St. Louis Honda said the offer was open until whenever it was time for me to buy. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the honesty and lack of pressure. It turns out we bought our Civic at least 2 weeks before we needed to (our lease had yet to expire), but there was never any pressure. Joe and those at St. Louis Honda found a way to make everything work for us; not the other way around. More
In December 2011 I accompanied my adult son when he purchased a 2012 Honda Fit Sport from Shan Herwig at St. Louis Honda. We were so impressed with his positive experience there we moved up the date we purchased a 2012 Honda Fit Sport from Shan Herwig at St. Louis Honda. We were so impressed with his positive experience there we moved up the date we had planned to purchase a new car and also purchased a the exact same vehicle. We love the family atmosphere at St. Louis Honda. The finance person who handled my wife's and my purchase was our salesperson for our first purchase in 1999. This is the eighth vehicle (four used and four new) we have bought from St. Louis Honda since January 1999. Shan Herwig is a joy to work with,we negotiated most details over the phone and internet and were able to come in and sign papers to take possession of the car in less than an hour. Even though we have purchased many vehicles at St. Louis Honda, we did get internet quotes from four other dealers and thought the best deal to be had was through Shan Herwig at St. Louis Honda. We bought our first Honda from Mike in 2008 , it was a Thursday night and he and the salemanager and finance guy all stayed until close to midnight to get the deal sealed. This time we test drove several different models from The Insight To the CRV EXL and after tinking about it for a couple days we decided to wait. Then Mike called and said he had EXACTLY thye car we wanted, Pearlized White CVR EXL and invited us up to look one more time. He was right, the car was perfect, but my wife had to work until 5PM before she could come see it too. She got there and after a few negotiations and appraisals of our trade in...the Honda Accord we bought from Mike 3 years earlier, we had numbers we could all live with. n While it wasnt midnight, it was well after 8PM after the dealership was closed when Mike and the fionance guy Dave got us finalized and we drove home that night in our new CRV. Salesmen like Mike B and the help of DAVE made for another GREAT Mungenast experience. Shan is very friendly and great to talk to. She had us test drive 2 vehicles a4cylinder and a 6. I was very nervous but she put me at ease.when I drove the cars. She gave us a price promptly. We came back 4 days later and signed the contract and 4 days later we picked up our car which was not in St Louis. Someone had to drive to Kansas City to.bring it here. It was an enjoyable experience buying a car. I would recommend Shan highly. She was wonderful to work with. We bought a 6 cylinder Honda Accord. We also traded in a car which I feel we were given a fair price for. Give her a call she is great to deal with! More

Overall I was very impressed with my sales associate. Mike went above and beyond to help me select the perfect fit for my finances and myself. Candice and the staff at St Louis Honda were friendly & honest and made me feel very comfortable.
