This is where Rob comes in... he lets you know what a reasonable offer is and the management lets you know what they will except. There is a trust built between the dealer, the sales person and the buyer. When I step into the showroom I know what to expect. There is no game everything is up- front. Rob is very courteous, respectful and does his job in a professional way. I value the Honda I buy, the dealer,the staff and the service I get. That is why I am loyal to your business. Purchased three new Hondas from Sam in the past 10 months; a 2011 Civic for one daughter, a 2012 Civic for another daughter, and a 2012 Pilot for my wife. Sam is a straight shooter and presented great deals without all the haggling and hassle one normally gets when buying cars. He made the process easy and we came away each time feeling like we got a very good price on a great car. I had a 2007 Honda Pilot that had been serviced by the St. Louis Honda Service department on a couple of occassions and I was extremely pleased.Car was ready when promised, price was fair, and I had confidence that the work was well done. Customer Service: They are honest, upfront with info and did not waist my time. I had questions and concerns and they had answers that weren't just what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to know to make a decision. Quality of Work: They work as a team. My car sales person, Clayton, worked with other people on his team to ensure that I was getting the car I needed and wanted at the price I could pay. Mungenast is fast and thorough, but at no time did they rush me into making a purchase. Friendliness: They were friendly, without a doubt. But a key distinction is that they were professional friendly. They gave me space to tinker with all the cars, and were on hand to answer questions. Overall Experience: Fantastic! I got the car I needed and wanted at an amazing price. I think it's important to note that I'm a woman in my mid twenties, and I bought this car completely on my own. At no time was I treated with any air of condescension or belittled in any way. I was treated with the same respect as anyone else. Buying a car on my own has been very empowering, and buying it from Mungenast gives me piece of mind that my investment is in good hands and I got the best price possible. Because those are the two big questions that come to mind each month when you pay your car bill 1. what if something happens to my car? and 2. am I comfortable paying this every month? - buying my car at Mungenast means my warranty is in great hands and my monthly payment is LOW. Price: They worked with me. I got a great price for my trade in (it was more than I could have sold my used car for privately). I have young person credit with a lot of student loan debt, but getting a car at a low price was not a problem. My credit IS good and I have a good job, they don't hand out cars like candy or anything, but they worked with me to keep the price very manageable and respected the importance of this purchase. More
I called to ask about a used car at that dealership I had found on-line. The sales rep (Cris Dominguez) was responsive, made an immediate appontment, and had the car ready for me to drive as soon as I arriv found on-line. He was respecful of the used car manager (Tim Farace) while we dickered about my trade-in. Farace was also business-like but respectful. My financing was accomplished in about 1/2 hour by the finance guy (Jeff cash) and I drove away happy with a full tank of gas. More

My husband and I stopped by the dealership on Christmas Eve just to test drive an Odyssey. Sam met us in the lot and was very friendly and helpful!
